Heritage Park is located in Irvine, California, which is considered one of the safest big cities in America as rated by the FBI. Not only is Irvine considered a safe place to live, but we also have one of the highest-rated school districts in the U.S. Heritage Park consists of 187 townhomes, with sizes ranging from a little over 1,100 sq. ft. to over 1,700 sq. ft. (with improvements included). There are 4 floor plans:
- Silverado, which is a two-story, dual-master 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhouse with 1,105 sq. ft.
- Modjeska, a single-level 3 bedroom, 2 bath model with 1,223 sq. ft. of living space
- Santiago, a two-story 3 bedoom, 2.5 bath model with 1,540 sq. ft.
- Trabuco, the largest model at 1,619 sq. ft. Features 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, with a formal living and dining room, and attached 2-car garage.
